Some rap artists start out as thugs, murderers, and convicts and evolve into grinning, happy, smiling pop artists (Hey, being a pop artists pays well). After listening to Master P’s “Gameface” I don’t think anyone has to worry about P wearing a shiny suit, singing, or doing anything other than that dirty south rap that built an empire. Generally speaking, this is a solid CD from the “Ghetto Bill Gates” and will be appreciated by his hardcore fans. P hits his audience with the same formula he’s utilized since day one. Street tales about drug dealin’, dead homies, and women (of the “Tru” as well as the loose variety) that come at you like a tank. There are some standout tracks on Gameface like “Ghetto Ballin”, “We Want Love” and especially "Ohhwwwe", which will bang in the clubs….I’m talkin’ about strip clubs…but it will bang in the dance clubs too…
