Former Rocafella rapper Freeway is currently gearing up to release the sequel for his 2003 debut, Philadelphia Freeway. Philadelphia Freeway 2 is slated to hit stores on May 5th via Fontana Records. Mos Def will be releasing his fourth solo album The Ecstatic on June 30th. The album will feature appearances from Slick Rick and Talib Kweli. Production on the set will be supplied by Madlib and Oh No, among others.
Fat Joe's ninth solo studio album, Jealous Ones Still Envy 2 (J.O.S.E. 2), will now be hitting stores on May 19th.
