Dipset rapper Jim Jones has been named the Vice President of Urban A&R at Koch Records.

Jones will be responsible for signing and developing new artists for Koch's Urban division.

“It feels good to know that the hard work has been recognized by the same people that have helped me get to this point in my career,” Jones said in a statement. “They recognize that I’m not only an artist but a person that can smell talent and be able to mold a superstar.”

Jones has released three solo albums via Koch Records. The Harlem rapper is currently gearing to release his fourth effort titled Pray IV Reign next month.
