According to Fox News, 15-year-old Brayel Kelly was shot twice in the chest by the shop's owner during the robbery attempt.

Brayel was rushed to hospital for treatment and is currently in police custody for the robbery.

Brayel's  father is R. Kelly's younger brother,  Carey Kelly.  Carey accused the singer of being in sex tapes that surfaced six years ago.

R.Kelly would face 14 counts of child pornography as a result of the sex tapes but was acquitted on all charges.
