Jackson provides the voice for the main character in Afro Samurai cartoon and also serves as an executive producer for the show. “When I look at [Afro Samurai], I see Andre 3000,” Jackson told MTV. Jackson divulged that a script for the movie is still being worked on. He plans to play the main character's father in the movie A video game for Afro Samurai is expected to hit stores soon and the show's second season will premiere in 2009.
Actor Samuel L Jackson recently revealed that he would like to see Outkast rapper Andre 3000 play the lead character in the live-action film of the popular Spike TV cartoon, Afro Samurai.
