Update: Snoop's Entry To The UK Challenged Again By Border Agency

Despite two failed attempts to block Snoop Dogg from entering the United Kingdom, the UK Border Agency has again filed an appeal asking for the rapper to be barred from the country.

As reported earlier, Snoop was banned from the UK in 2006 following a widely reported altercation between his entourage and British authorities at London's Heathrow Airport.

The ban would be lifted in February by Immigration Judge Nehar Bird but the UK Border Agency challenged Bird's decision claiming that Snoop was “non-conducive to the public good”.

Last week, Immigration Judge George Warr ruled against the Border Agency's attempts to ban Snoop Dogg saying that their evidence failed to show that the rapper would be conducive to the public good.

According to The Guardian, the UK Border Agency filed their second appeal on Wednesday (April 30).

“We maintain that the immigration judge in the initial hearing made a material error in law,” said the Border Agency. “We will continue to oppose the entry to the UK of individuals where we believe there may be a risk to the public.”
