Sixshot Bits: Brief News On Lupe Fiasco, Outkast's Big Boi & Master P

Outkast's Big Boi has teamed up  The Atlanta Ballet for performance called Big which will debut next month.

The show will fuse new and unreleased music from Big Boi with Giuseppe Verdi's La Traviata.

Sleepy Brown, Scar, Khujo and Janelle Monae are also slated to appear in the show that will run from April 10-13 at Atlanta's Fox Theatre.

As reported earlier, Big Boi is currently working on his sophomore solo album titled Sir Luscious Left Foot which is due for release this year.

 

 

Master P and his son Lil' Romeo are slated to  ppear in an upcoming horror flick titled The Pig People.

Romeo will play one of five college students who venture into woods for a study on mythical half-human, half swine beings called  Pig People. The group’s search  turns ugly when they discover the truth and they are forced to fend for their lives.

The Pig People will hit theatres in 2009.

 

Lupe Fiasco will be releasing "Paris Tokyo" as the second official single from his latest album The Cool.

According to Billboard, Lupe shot a clip for the track recently and it is inspired by 1940's film.  The video will be added to major video outlets in April.

Lupe recently released a viral video for his song “Hip Hop Saved My Life” which you can view HERE.

As reported earlier, Lupe will be joining Kanye West on his ‘Glow In The Dark’ tour which kicks off in April.  The tour will also feature N.E.R.D. and R&B singer Rihanna.
