According to Def Jam Records' website, Rick Ross will be ushering boxer Roy Jones Jr. into the ring when goes up against Felix Trinidad on Saturday (January 19) at the Madison Square Garden.

Ross, who will be dropping his sophomore album titled Trilla on March 11th, recently released his second single off the project called “Boss” which features T-Pain. 

Trilla will feature appearances from R. Kelly, Lil Wayne, Trick Daddy, Jay-Z, Akon and Marsha Ambrosius.

SECRET REVEALED

Atlanta rapper Baby D will be releasing his third album titled A-Town Secret Weapon on April 1st via Koch/ Big Oomp Records.

Baby D, who has major following in his hometown, gained national attention via his feature on DJ UNK’s single, “Hit The Dance Floor”.

The first single from A-Town Secret Weapon , “I'm Bout Money”, is slated to be added to radio early February.  The video for the song will also hit major video outlets next month.

Cash Money Records currently has a compilation in stores titled Cash Money Records: 10 Years of Bling Vol.1.

According to Universal, the compilation is an enhanced CD with all of the label’s earlier hits and videos including  “Bling Bling,” “Back That Thang Up,” “# 1 Stunna” and “The Block Is Hot”.

Brooklyn rapper Torae will release his debut album Daily Conversation on January 29th.

The album will feature appearances from Stimuli, Chaundon, Skyzoo and Tash from The Alkaholics.  Production on the set is supplied by DJ Premier, 9th Wonder, Black Milk, Khrysis and Marco Polo, among others.
