Reports have surfaced that Los Angeles bred crooner Nate Dogg recently suffered a stroke.

Word is Nate is currently hospitalized at Pomona Valley Hospital and is not expected to be discharged until the New Year.

Nate (born Nathaniel Hale) began his career as part of the group 213 which also included Warren G and Snoop Dogg. 

He played a huge role in the success of Deathrow Records in the early 90's appearing on Dr. Dre's The Chronic, Snoop Dogg's Doggy Style and 2Pac's All Eyez On Me.
