Chingy recently shot a video for the second single off his latest album titled Hate It Or Love It.

The single, titled “Gimme That” features appearances from Ludacris and Bobby Valentino.

“It's a club song about partying, having fun and just kicking it,” Chingy told MTV News.

Hate It Or Love It debuted in stores last week and also features appearances from Anthony Hamilton and Rick Ross.

Joe Budden recently announced his new partnership with independent label Amalgam Digital.

Budden will be releasing an album version of his latest mixtape, Mood Muzik 3, via the label on February 28th 2008.

The album version will be titled Mood Muzik 3.5 and will feature no DJ.  It will also include the video for the song “Star Inside of Me”. An advanced variation of Mood Muzik 3.5 is currently available at the www.AmalgamDigital.c om online store with two bonus tracks.

Budden will also be releasing his next album titled Padding Room via the label in spring.

GREEN VIOLATION

Chicago rapper Yung Berg was reportedly arrested yesterday (December 21) in Miami for marijuana possession.

According to MTV News, Berg was busted by cops at a video shoot for R&B singer Ray J smoking marijuana.  The shoot was for Ray J's single "Sexy Can I" which Berg appears on.

The rapper's representative revealed that the rapper was taken into custody and would be released on bail.
