Xzibit will reportedly star in an upcoming Vietnam War drama helmed by revered director Oliver Stone.

According to Reuters, the flick titled Pinkville, will center on the 1968 ‘My Lai Massacre’,  the mass murder of over 500 Vietnamese civilians by American soldiers.

Some of the civilians were children and women who were raped and beaten before being killed.

Xzibit will play one of the soldiers who is convinced he carried out his orders in moral way.

Production of the movie will begin next year and the cast includes Bruce Willis and Woody Harrelson.

Xzibit’s film credits include Gridiron Gang, Derailed and 8 Mile.

Oliver Stone is a three time Oscar winner whose film credits include Scarface, Natural Born Killers and Wall Street.
