Amateur video shot during a recent concert by Beyonce in Florida captured the singer-actress taking a head-first tumble down a dozen stairs on stage.

The video of the fall was released to the public despite Beyonce's request to Orlando, Fla., concert-goers that it not be released or posted on the Internet, Melbourne, Fla., television station WKMG reported Wednesday.

An Orlando woman attending the concert offered the video to the television station, saying it showed Beyonce falling on her face.

" We saw that she was pumping her hair around and really into (it) with her trench coat and high heels and as she proceeded to come down the stairs, she tripped on her coat and it seems like she fell on her collarbone and face, sliding down about 12 stairs," the woman, who asked not to be identified, told the television station.

The video showed Beyonce getting up after the fall and continuing to dance.
