Rapper Cassidy was involved in a serious accident on Wednesday night (October 4th) in New Jersey. The rap star, famous for songs including "Hotel" was on his way to a studio in New York when a truck hit the side of the vehicle Cassidy and his entourage were travelling in.
After being rushed to hospital it became apparant that Cassidy had suffered a fractured skull and other broken bones. Nobody else was injured in the crash. The rapper is said to be in a critical condition after a CAT scan but his breathing is unaided. The rapper was released from prison in March after 8 months, serving time for the Involuntary Manslaughter of Desmond Hawkings.

i seen that on BET rite when they first announced it. I put down tha phone and was like "Dayum" i put on a cassidy freestyle and started prayin for that nigga.
