Beyoncé Knowles will soon add "fashion designer" to her résumé. The singer announced Tuesday that she will be entering into a joint venture with fashion's Rabin family.

Arthur and Jason Rabin, the founders of clothing manufacturer Kids Headquarters, will provide the licensing and brand management for Beyoncé's new label, according to a spokesperson for the deal. The singer and her mother will head up the creative direction and inspiration for the line.

"My mother and I share a love of fashion and style, and with this brand we're going to be able to share our vision of what is truly beautiful," Beyoncé said. "Our line will consist of fashions that I enjoy wearing, and I want them to be appealing to my fans as well."

There's no word yet on when Beyoncé's line will hit stores.

Kids Headquarters also creates products for Jay-Z's Roc-A-Wear line, as well as Kenneth Cole, Timberland and Ecko Unltd
