The Neptunes -- Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo -- are in talks to end their partnership with Arista Records. The breakup will eventually splinter most of the artists on the duo's Star Trak label. Kelis will likely stay with Arista, while the Clipse will move to Arista's sister label Jive Records. The Neps plan to make Universal Records their new home.
