Ludacris spread holiday cheer in his hometown of Atlanta today (November 5) by distributing winter wear to local children who were affected by a flood in the area earlier this year.
According to 11 Alive, the rapper gave away 500 coats bought and donated by the LudaCares Foundation to students at Austell Intermediate and Compton Elementary.
"We're here in Cobb County giving coats for children," said Luda. "Giving 'em an early Thanksgiving and an early Christmas -- or a Luda-Christmas, I should say."
Earlier this year, Luda and fellow Atlanta emcee T.I. donated $10,000 each to flood victims. Atlanta was hit by freak weather conditions in September leaving 10 people dead and devastating more than 400 homes.
In related news, Ludacris will be releasing his seventh solo album Ludaversal and his collabo project with Shawnna titled Battle Of The Sexes in 2010.
