Game's highly anticipated opus, The R.E.D. Album , will not be hitting stores this year.

The Compton rapper announced on his twitter yesterday (November 5) that his latest album will be hitting stores in February. It was initially slated for release next month.

"Last night at the Aftermath Headquarters was classic," wrote Game. " Me, Stat Quo and Dre got it in all night. R.E.D. Album's new release is 2/16/10"

As reported earlier, Oscar -winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. will be appearing on the album.  The set will also feature appearances from Chris Brown, Gucci Mane and Akon.
