A law firm says Ludacris stiffed it for legal fees and expenses.

Carlton Fields sued the Atlanta-based rapper and his Ludacris Foundation for $61,820 in Fulton County Superior Court.

The firm says it defended Ludacris in a 2007 complaint for personal injuries and negligence. Carlton Fields claims it also advanced the defendants out-of-pocket expenses.

The law firm says it began representing Ludacris in March 2008 but stopped providing legal services in April 2009 as it had not received the outstanding balance of $61,860.20. It wants the money, plus court costs.
