Superstar producer Pharrell Williams is reportedly suing the developer of his Miami condo over water leaks that can't seem to be plugged.

According to The Miami Herald, Pharrell filed the lawsuit against Ugo Colombo. Colombo sold the condo to Pharrell for $14 million in 2007.

Pharrell's downstairs neighbour Hector Lopez is also part of the lawsuit. It is unknown how much Pharrell is seeking in damages.

Lopez originally sued both Colombo and the condo association, but the association bought out his $525,000 case against it.
