David Banner has got the courtroom blues - he's being sued by Davenport Lyons for breach of oral contract. The suit alleges that Banner entered into an oral agreement with Davenport Lyons, a partnership, that would provide legal and other professional services for Banner.

The court docs state, "[Banner] was to pay [Lyons] a specified fee for those legal services and other professional services." Payment was not made, says Davenport Lyons, which is seeking more than $43,000 in damages and attorney's fees.
