Chicago police confirmed Monday (October 7) that the body they found earlier this morning in an SUV is Jennifer Hudson's 7-year old nephew, Julian King.

As reported earlier, King was reported missing after Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death in a Chicago home on Friday (October 24).

According to The Chicago Tribune, King was found in the back of the SUV with multiple gun wounds.

The SUV was found just blocks from where police picked up William Balfour, King's stepfather.

Baflour has been in custody since Friday and has not yet been charged.
