Busta Rhymes has reportedly cut ties with Aftermath/Interscope Records and has signed with Universal Motown Records.
According to SOHH, Busta will be releasing his next project via Motown but its unclear whether it will be the rapper's eighth solo album titled Blessed.
Blessed was slated to be released via Aftermath Interscope late last year but was pushed back repeatedly.
The delay of the album’s release was allegedly caused by a rift between Busta and Interscope honcho Jimmy Iovine.
Universal Motown is home to Lil Wayne, Nelly and Chamillionaire.
