R&B crooner Nate Dogg is reportedly in stable condition after suffering his second stroke.

As reported earlier, Nate suffered the stroke last week and was initially in serious condition.

According to TMZ , Nate's condition is now stable and is using an assisted breathing tube.  The site also claims that the singer currently doesn’t have much movement below his neck.

Nate, 39, suffered his first stroke in December 2007.  The stroke left the singer paralyzed on the left side of his body.
