A New York judge has reportedly allowed 50 Cent to spend more time with his 11-year-old son, Marquise Jackson.
As previously reported, Shaniqua Tompkins, 50 Cent's ex-girlfriend and the mother of his son, filed a restrained order against the rapper which limited him from seeing his child.
According to The Press Association, Judge David Freundlich today (September 8) allowed 50 Cent to see his son every other weekend.
Freundlich also set an October 22nd date for the custody battle between 50 and Tompkins to go to trial.
During the past few months, 50 Cent and Tompkins have been in a heated battle over Marquise and the rapper's Long Island mansion which burnt down in May.
Tompkins, who resided in the mansion with Marquise, has publicly claimed that 50 Cent orchestrated the fire. The rapper has denied the allegations.
50 Cent and Tompkins began fighting over the house after the rapper attempted to have her evicted from the home unless she paid rent. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
