DMX is still behind bars in Miami jail after a Phoenix judge revoked the bond on the warrant that got the rapper locked up this week.

As reported earlier, the Phoenix judge issued a warrant for DMX’s arrest on Tuesday (August 12) after the rapper failed to appear in court on marijuana and drug paraphernalia charges.  The judge also raised X's bond to $25,000.

DMX would be arrested on the warrant outside a Wal-Mart in Miami on Thursday (August 14).

According to TMZ, DMX's Miami lawyer Brad Cohen tried to bail the rapper out from the Miami jail yesterday (August 15) but the bond on the Phoenix warrant was revoked.

Cohen believes he may have the rapper released soon but if his attempts fail, DMX will stay in jail until October 2nd for a court hearing relating to a drug charge he picked up in Miami in June.

This marks the sixth time that DMX has been arrested this year.  He faces the aforementioned drug charges and traffic violation charges in Miami.
