A New York judge today (August 14)  tossed two weapons charges against Yung Berg.

As reported earlier, Berg and members of his entourage were arrested this past weekend after a limousine driver filed a complaint with police claiming he got into a dispute Yung Berg and his associates.

According to TMZ, the judge dropped the gun charges because the guns which the cops confiscated belonged to  Berg's security.  Berg did not appear in court.

Berg is expected to return to court in December to face the menacing and marijuana charges but his lawyer, Robert Kalinas, thinks the charges will be dropped.
