The release date of Missy Elliot’s seventh studio album, Block Party, has been pushed back.

According to Rap-Up, the album's was pushed back because the rapper is still recording.

Block Party, which was scheduled for  release in eptember release,  is now slated for a November release.  Production on the project will be supplied by Souldiggaz, Danjahandz, Pharrell, T-Pain, Pointguard and Timbaland.

Last month, Missy released a single from the album called “Best Best”.  A video for the track is expected to be released soon.  [Listen to “Best Best”]
