DMX is set to lose a New York building he owns because of a long running battle with a dog clothing company.
According to The New York Post, DMX was ordered to pay $281,000 to Amusing Diversions after the company filed suit in 2004 alleging DMX reneged on an agreement to promote its canine wear range.
The firm has spent the past four years attempting to get DMX to pay up and authorities are finally stepping in and forcing the sale of the rapper's a $1 million townhouse in Harlem.
The sale is slated for August 13th.
