Miami rapper Stack$ escaped death this weekend after getting involved in a car crash

According to reports, Stack$ car collided with another car Friday (May 30) sending the  rapper's car flying through the air.  Stack$ SUV crashed into the barriers of an overpass, narrowly avoiding the 40 foot fall from a bridge.

Stack$ssuffered second degree burns, a broken hand, chiropractic injuries and numerous cuts and bruises.  The rapper and his passenger were discharged from hospital Saturday (May 31).

Cosmetic giant Parlux Fragrances announced today (June 2) that it will be releasing a perfume with rapper Queen Latifah.

According The Associated Press, the deal between Latifah and Parlux is a global licensing agreement and the rapper's fragrance will launch internationally in the  fall of 2009.

Parlux has released fragrances with Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson and Nicole Miller, among others.

Lil Wayne will be headed on a  brief June tour in support of the release of his latest album titled The Carter III.

According to Live Daily, the tour will kick off  in Atlantic City on June 8th and will wrap up in Florida on June  28th.

The Carter III will hit stores on June 10th and will feature appearances from Jay-Z, Babyface, Fabolous and Robin Thicke, among others.

June 8 - Atlantic City, NJ House of Blues
June 10 - Baltimore, MD Venue to be announced
