Always looking for the next big thing and someone to make sure his Ciroc Vodka is well mixed, Sean 'Diddy' Combs will be invading MTV and VH1's airwaves this summer to find a rock band and an assistant.

Diddy will be looking for an assistant via VH1 on the reality series I Want To Work For Diddy.

The show will track 13 finalists as they go through various emotional, physical and mental tasks to prove that they have what it takes to be the Bad Boy mogul's assistant.

Diddy's rock star search will take place on MTV via a Making The Band spin off titled Making the Rock Band.

I Want To Work For Diddy will air on August 4th at 9pm while a premiere date for Making The Rock Band has yet to be announced.
