An arrest warrant which was issued for Foxy Brown after she failed to make a court appearance yesterday (May 5) has reportedly been cancelled.
As reported earlier, Brown is accused of hitting her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, with a Black Berry cell phone after they got into an argument last year.
Judge John Walsh issued an arrest warrant for Brown after she didn’t appear in court Monday morning but according to The Associated Press, Walsh cancelled the warrant minutes later after the attorneys in the case revealed to him that they had agreed that the rapper didn’t have to be there.
Walsh then scheduled a court conference for Brown's attorneys and the prosecutors.
Brown was released from New York's Rikers Correctional Facility last month after serving eight months for violating probation.
