Murder Inc songstress Ashanti will be releasing her fourth solo album The Declaration on June 3rd.

According to Billboard, the set features production from Robin Thicke, Jermaine Dupri, LT Hutton, Babyface and Pharrell Williams, among others.

The singer is also working on a teenage lifestyle book called Ashanti Style.  A release date for the book has yet to be confirmed.

Initially slated for a June release, Usher's sixth solo album Here I Stand will now be dropping a month earlier.

Here I Stand be hitting shelves on May 27th.  The video for the set's first single, “Love This Club”, will debut on BET and MTV on April 7th.

R&B crooner Tyrese has been cast in an upcoming thriller titled Legion.

According to Daily Variety, the flick is based on the archangel Michael who has to save mankind from an apocalypse after God loses faith in humanity.

Legion, which will also star Dennis Quaid and Charles S. Dutton, will begin shooting in Mexico soon.
