The album, which features appearances from Bun B, Young Dro and Pimp C, scans 72,800 copies in its opening week.
Debuting at No. 2 is D4L front man Shawty Lo with his solo album Units In The City. The set sold 31,100 discs in its first go-around.
Right behind him is Lupe Fiasco at No. 3. The Cool reeled in 17,300 units this week. After 11 weeks on the chart, the album has sold 376,200 copies.
Posted at No. 4 is Soulja Boy. Souljaboytellem.com shells off 14,400 discs in its 22nd week on the charts. To date, the album has sold 813,700 copies.
Jim Jones, who debuted at No. 1 last week, slips three spots to No. 5. Harlem's American Gangster bags up 11,800 units in its second go-around. So far, the album has sold a total of 37,000 copies.
Chilling at No. 6 is Kanye West. 11,400 folks picked up Graduation this week, pushing the album's total sales to 2,031,000.
Slipping two spots to No. 7 is Jay-Z. 
; American Gangster hustled 9,800 CDs this week. The album's tally stands at 1,014,900.
Flying low at No. 8 is Birdman. 5 Star Stunna has moved 289,100 discs thus far, with 8,800 representing the week-in total.
Seated at No. 9 is Bow Wow & Omarion. Face Off moves 6,400 units this week. After twelve weeks, the disc's tally stands at 325,000.
Wrapping up the Top 10 is Florida rapper Plies. Real Testament rang out 5,400 copies this week, bringing the album's total sales to 457,500.
Notable debuts under the Top 10 this week include Pete Rock and Joe Budden.
Pete Rock's latest effort, NY's Finest , debuts at No. 16 selling 3,800 copies while Joe Budden's Mood Muzik 3, opens at No. 45 selling 1,100 copies.
