
Rumors that all of the artists from Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace imprint were being dropped from Def Jam Records have been silenced as the label recently announced it has extend its deal with DTP.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed but the deal involves all of DTP’s artists which include R&B crooners Bobby Valentino and Steph Jones, Chingy, Playaz Circle and Shareffa, among others.
“Ludacris has built Disturbing Tha Peace into one of the iconic names in hip-hop, one that will remain an important part of the Island Def Jam family,” said Def Jam boss Antonio "L.A. "Reid via a statement.
As reported earlier, Luda will be releasing his sixth album titled Theater of the Mind this summer.

According to Wale, Louis-Dreyfus appears as herself on a skit on the mixtape and not as her character Elaine.
“It's something crazy, something comical,” said Wale.
The mixtape, titled The Mixtape About Nothing, will be available later this month.
ON THE ROAD
Underground rap phenom Immortal Technique will be headed on a brief tour of the West Coast this month.
The trek will kick off in California on March 7th and wrap up in Colorado on March 16th. Technique will be joined on the trek by Poison Pen and DJ G.I. Joe.
