Smirnoff Vodka has tapped Common, Q-Tip and KRS One to remix one of their classic singles in support of their newest liquor line, Smirnoff Signature Mix.

According to Hot 97's Miss Info, Common has teamed up with producer Just Blaze to remix “The Light” while Q-Tip has linked up with Cool & Dre to remake “Vivrant Thing”.  KRS One teamed up with DJ Premier to remake “I’m Still #1.”

The aforementioned artists will perform their remixes at the launch for Smirnoff Signature Mix on February 26th and the tracks will be available for free download via Smirnoff.com.

In related news, Common is currently on his eighth solo album titled The Believer, which he plans to have out by November this year.
