50 Cent’s Bulletproof video game landed at No. 4 on the third annual “Top 10 Most Violent Video Games” list released today (December 3) by Detroit prosecutor Kym Worthy.

According to The Detroit News, Worthy releases the list yearly to urge parents not to buy the games for their children during the holiday season because of their content which include violence and drug buying and selling.

Hood Research, a Detroit based neighborhood community group, helped Worthy compile the list which was topped by the popular Grand Theft Auto.

“[Grand Theft Auto] absolutely glorifies and encourages shooting, running over pedestrians and other violent acts,” said Worthy.  “Please do not buy these video games and bring them into your home.  It desensitizes (children) to violent acts.”

Below is Worthy’s 2007 “Top 10 Most Violent Video Games” List:

1. Grand Theft Auto
2. Manhunt
3. Scarface
4. 50 Cent Bulletproof
5. 300 The Videogame
6. The Godfather
7. Killer-7
8. Resident Evil 4
9. God of War
10. Hitman Blood Money
