To all you un-informed rap listeners, allow me to introduce you to the next big thing from the Aftermath camp , Los Angeles rapper Bishop Lamont (picture on the left dummies).

Bishop , born Philip Martin , was signed to Aftermath in 2005 and has released  a slew of mixtapes and has appeared on the soundtracks of various video game including Madden 2007, NBA Live 2006 and NFL Street 2.

According to Spine MagazineBishop’s debut album , Reformation , is slated for release in 2008. The album will feature production from Dr. Dre (obviously) , Focus, Lord Finesse, DJ Premier, RZA, Pete Rock and Battlecat, among others.
