Sixshot.com: What's good with you homie?
Man, chillen chillen, not like anything to represent the states. That’s what it do.

Sixshot.com: Where are you from, where you repping dawg?
Ca$his: Oh I rep Chicago and California but I’m a Chicago artist. I’m out in Cali I represent Orange County, I represent the hoods in Orange County and the Southside of Chicago, the whole mid west as a matter of fact.

Sixshot.com: We all heard you on the track "You Don't Know", what type of solo projects are you working on, you have an album on the way?
Ca$his: Yea! I got my EP that's gonna drop may 22nd, about to start shooting a video for that, its called County Hound. County Hound Limited Edition Release EP, you know what I’m saying? It’s like a collector’s item. Its like a Jordan rookie card, you know what I’m saying, on sum real shit. An then we have the Loose Cannon LP that’s going to be coming out, late this year, probable September or October. I’m almost finished mixing that right now.

Sixshot.com : How’s the Shady/Aftermath family treating you? I know they're loyal, what’s it like working with Em?
Ca$his: Man its GREAT working with Em! The whole Shady/Aftermath G-Unit Interscope family treating me very very well. You know they're showing me that all my hard work is paying off so I’m happy. I’m saying working with Emis just incredible that’s one of my homeboys. He just said on the radio today, that he hasn't herd a song of my EP that I haven’t smash on lyrically, and that’s inspiration for me to keep going. He doesn't care what anyone else says, cuz tome he's the best, the best rapper there is. To hear that he's feeling me like that I’m a just keep going hard and keep doing things that’s unexpected. As long as i keep putting out quality music and sound different every track and show ya'll that I’m versatile that’s the key to it.

Sixshot.com: Are you G-Unit? or just Shady/Aftermath Interscope?
Ca$his: I'm Shady Interscope. I'm just Shady Interscope, I roll with G-Unit and I roll with Aftermath, because we all part of the family tree so I'm part of all the clicks. You know what I’m saying? Don't be surprised if you see me on that Detox (Dr. Dre's Upcoming Album). But I’m straight Shady Interscope it’s a really good look for me being where I’m at.

Sixshot.com: What age did you start rapping and what where your main influences?
Ca$his: My Main influences where Twista, Pac, King Mathers Eminem of course, 50 but when the Marshall Mathers LP dropped is when I really really started getting into rap and started trying tofocus on that. Those are most of my main influences, Common everyone from Chicago, like that’s all I listen to Crucial Conflict, Beanie Siegal but when I really started to focus is when Em took the game by a choke hold. I really started to listen to lyrics and he (Eminem) was just way better than everybody, and that’s the way I want my music to sound, but I can reach you from a hood level from a street level where its believable at the same time. You know what I’m saying? Cuz I’m really from there so i just start speaking on my own life experiences there’s nothing I have to make up. After I figured that out that i could just rap about my life experiences and put it in a way that even backpackers can understand it because I have lyrical content. But I can only talk about what I know, you know what I’m saying, I’m not going to talk about nothing I haven’t done or nothing I don't know about at all.

Sixshot.com: So you have the Bogish Boy Vol. 1 ready to come out, What's the meaning behind Bogish?
Ca$his: Ohh, Yea the Bogish Boy Vol. 1 already came out. We hit like number 3 on the mixtape awards. That’s something me and DJ Arkane did and now we work-in on the Bogish Boy part 2 you know, its going to have original material on there, beats from Em, beats from Alchemist, its going to be a problem! We finna come real real hard and it’s with DJ Arkane and hosted by DJ Who Kid. And Bogish Boy the movement that be G.D. (Gangsters Disciples Gang) that’s my gang that’s my crew. My uncle, bogish boy is part of G.D. and he started his own thing, and had the streets of Chicago in fear. They ran the streets and then he was set up and got "wacked". And you know this is my way of keeping his name alive, since I’m G.D. you know what I’m saying more importantly I’m Bogish Boy, so I’m following in my family's footsteps. I’m taking it and branding it into my own thing we got G.D., Vice Lords, Crips, Bloods, Latino Gang Members we got everybody in our crew like we don’t care about that. It’s all about getting this money. And being Bogish is like being Bogaurd, a bogish person is b-o-g-i-s-h not bogus which is b-o-g-u-s that’s like being a fraud. We bogish, we commin in, and we ain't taking no shorts. I don’t care what nobody has to say, if I want it, imma have it. We all go out, you know what I mean, that’s what. That’s all been bogus boy. We like like out laws almost, you know what I’m saying. We live by our moral and cold and guide lines; we don’t live by the rules of the land or the rules of the nation. We do what we wanna do to gain what to gain and we not bullies, we don’t step over or step on other people toes to get what we wanna get it. But you know what I’m saying, if you wanna problem with us, we gonna go hard 100%of what we do, you defiantly going to hear that in the music and I go 100% of what I do. That’s the shady modo, its prefect with shady, people didn’t want him to sign fifth, you know what I’m saying when he signed fifth, look what happen. People didn’t want Dre to sign Em, but look what happen. He hit the jackpot; he hit the lottery like me like he did with fifth. So you know what, we going against what everyone thought, what everyone think, they never thought a Shady rapper a gang member like someone coming and pushing they line, for real for real and aint scared, that’s willing to live and die for it. You know what I’m saying, I cant complain at all, I wanna give a shout out to Shady and its all for that, I’m defiantly a problem and I’m still trying to tone down my self a lot.

Sixshot.com: So your name is Ca$his, where did you get that from?
Ca$his: Man, I got it from this girl. I always had females and I’m crazy and I got a big ass mouth and I aint afraid of anybody and I think I can win in any situation. This girl was joking me up and she was like who you think you is Muhammad Ali and I’m like I aint no damn Muhammad ali you what know I’m saying and she is like you Ca$his or something, It was a joke. Then people around the way start calling me like that because I would be like I'm smash on this ni**a when I see him, Most people say that and a week or two go by and you forget about it but when I see you it's on and I will do that. I live up to my word, that’s what being Ca$his is , I’m true to my word if imma say imma do something weather its good or bad, I’m about to do it.

Sixshot.com: What steps did you take to process your music, there is many young artists out there that don’t know what’s the next step to make. Try to help them out and what they need to do?
Ca$his: The best step is to don’t listen to the garbage that people play on the radio sometimes, you what I'm saying, don’t listen to a lot of the garbage music. Listen to your favorite artist but don’t mimic your favorite artist. Learn something about them, what I learned from Em and Pac, they like areal person, they let you inside there life. So I’m saying like my life style is crazy, my life style is what a lot of these rappers rap about and they don’t really mean it. And me I don’t wanna live like this but i can make a record about it and you can feel the passion because I really went through it.When Dmx first came out, you can really feel it, weather you like his music or not you couldn’t dispute he was telling the truth. That’s what I learn to be honest and to be truth to all my music, Any emcee is coming up just be honest man, whatever you do,if you not a gangsta or killer don’t proclaim your self to be.Because when you put them on the tracks, people on them streets is going to test you, and when you fall down and you can’t man up to that and that’s going to kill your whole career anyway, Be you, be honest and be whoever you are to your music, and you going to shine through, but the real always shine through.Even a fake ni**a can pops us all out, I aint going to say any names but there is this fake artist that came out and blew up there first album, and there second time out you know realized you a fraud b. You not really who you say you are.

Sixshot.com: Do you listen to any other genre of music besides rap or is that your main type?
Ca$his: I listen to R n B and I’m a big R-Kelly fan cuz I’m from Chicago; I love kells man even though he pees on young little kids (haha), I’m looking forward to finishing a track with him on my Lp. But you know, I listen to R n B, I’m really really into Jim Morrison right now because right now you know what I’m saying I feel what he saying. I like Kurt Cobain a lot, like his middle state is what my middle state is all the time. He not living from a hood perspective,he was dealing with it Hollywood.People don’t understand you escape from the streets from selling drugs and you get to Hollywood, people giving it to you for free you know what I’m saying,You may be crack dealer on your block but you get a little fame or money, the way you go you popping prescription pills or exactly pills or something crazy,it like it never stops. You know what I’m saying. At fist I didn’t relate to other genre music, because didn’t understand if they was going to the same struggle as I went through. But they going to the same struggle as the same way. I’m going backwards and listening to blues and everything, because I can relate to certain things that I couldn’t relate to it when I was like15 or 16,because I haven’t been through that yet so I was like man I don’t know what you talking about, but now I have an open mind cuz I want those same genre of artist in the listening of that genre to, to pay attention to my music and speak. A queen's sample of bohemian rap city on my ap, which is unheard of,they never clear that, you have to listen to that record ,so that right there inspire me to go listen to other artists, like man if you can feel me I can feel you, you know what I’m saying. I’m not arrogant, I’m a very humble person. So I’m defiantly my ears are open to anything, I’m not saying I’m about to start doing those types of records. But I can listen to it and that can spark another creative side of my brain.
