The Game is being sued by a group of North Carolina Police officers that arrested the rapper in a Greensboro mall back in 2005.
According to the Associated Press, the group of five officers have filed suit, alleging libel and slander of their names in addition to misappropriation of their images.
On October 28, 2005, the officers were called to the Four Seasons Town Center in Greensboro by mall security, who stated that the rapper was wearing a full Halloween mask, cursing loudly and refusing to leave the property at their request.
When the police arrived a confrontation ensued and several members of Game’s entourage were pepper sprayed and arrested, including the rapper himself.
The entire incident was caught on video and was later featured on a DVD claiming to show Game “being wrongfully arrested and brutalized by the police in North Carolina.”
The five officers, Hien Nguyen, Matthew Brown, Ryan Childrey, Romaine Watkins and David Gregory, are each seeking $10,000 in damages. One officer is seeking an additional $7,500 in lost income, claiming that he was afraid to return to the mall after the incident.

i am bout to give it to you straight. those toy cops in four seasons need to get off the i;m gonna sue to get some loot shit. noone can help it if they went to work for a company who really don't give a shit about thier peeps and only how they look. cause if the one punk who was too scard to go to work could have gotten a transfer to their hotels till the shit blew over. and what's with them sueing in the first place it's not like what they went through was not part of thier jobs in the first place.
