Baby Boy Da Prince: My manager Melvin named me Baby Boy and I've always called myself "Da Prince".

2005. Where were you when Hurricane Katrina hit?

Baby Boy Da Prince: On my block floating with everybody else. I stayed through the storm.

SixShot.com: Was it hard adjusting to the fact that New Orleans is no longer the same
city you grew up in?

Baby Boy Da Prince: Yes.

SixShot.com: How do you think your music can help revive New Orleans?
Baby Boy Da Prince: My music is New Orleans, so anything that originates or comes from that city can revive it.
