Sixshot.com: You are releasing a new Mixtape?
Domination: The Mixtape that I am working on right now will be released next week. I am just waiting for the cover at the moment.

It’s crazy if you have ever heard any of my work it’s like one of the best to date. This is like part 8 right now. I did like 7 Mixtapes before this one. This one follows the sequence.

Sixshot.com: Are your albums parallel to you Mixtapes?
Domination: Mixtapes are definitely parallel to albums from Bang ‘Em and me. Me and Bang ‘Em are still partners, we click like that, we grew up in the hood together, so we decided to go to the rap thing together, you know. He does a lot of the concepts and I do the rappin’. That’s what I do. We do everything 50/50.

Sixshot.com: Will you release another album?
Domination: Yeah I am about to release another album too. I just got a new deal, the new label has a distribution deal with Universal Records. So this album should be a lil bigger then the Koch situation. We got a bigger promotional budget and we got a video budget. We just got better peoples behind us on this project.

Sixshot.com: What is your album on Koch all about?
Domination: The album “God Giveth God Taketh Away” was released under Koch, it was an independent situation and Koch did not pay as much attention to this album like they should have, the album got g reat reviews on all Mixtape sites and magazines. Koch did not put their full effort in to that album, I put my full effort in to the album.

I got songs about everything I don’t just rap about street shit, I don’t just rap about the ignorance in the street, I rap a lot of conscience shit on the album. I have a song for women and domestic violence satiations, just to let them know that it won’t stop. A woman has a tendency to hold on to a man even if he is bad, and doing bad things like beating them down or verbal abuse. I am basically letting the woman know, when are you going to realize when to stop? When you are dead?

I got a song called on my side that touches a lot of political issues like why I use the word nigga, police brutality, teenage pregnancy a lot of different political situations. Also I have songs like street anthem “misery” which explains my love to the streets. I am saying in the end of the song “The streets aint loving you back so why do you love the streets?”. I also got a song for my mother on there; I got a variety of songs on the album.

Sixshot.com: How did you meet Bang Em?
Domination: I meet Bang ‘Em in junior high school, I am 24 now I was with Bang ’Em when I was about 12 or 13. At that age he was hanging out with my cousin god bless “Freaky Tah”. We where hustling the street together, it’s not like we met trough music or freestylin, no, we where friends and became partners.

Sixshot.com: Do you think that you can ever get back together with 50 Cent?
Domination: No we are not tiring to get back together with him, don’t want to do business ventures with him, but at the same time we are trying  to strain away from the beef situation because it did not bring us any luck. I am getting blacked out on radio play and that’s all because of him. I figured that if I attack him, I am ultimately hurting myself. We are over that, we don’t have any hard feelings anymore. It just happened and we are trying to put this in our past.

Sixshot.com: You said that 50 Cent did cut of your airplay; does he really have the power to do that?
Domination: Yeah, for sure. See, 50, Eminem and Dr. Dre have a huge following in the US and they have lot’s of power. They can surely ruin someone’s career. All the sudden DJ’s didn’t want to talk to us…there is a lot of crazy things going on.

Sixshot.com: What do you think about 50 Cent’s success? Do you think it will last?
Domination: I never wish anybody bad, he definitely is successful. But you know if your music is based on success only then it will ultimately crumple. And that’s not me wishing, that is in God’s hands.

Sixshot.com: There was a shooting at you Mixtape release party?
Domination: Yeah it was some bullshit, it happens in the hood all the time. My friend got hit but he survived the shot so he is alive. It didn’t slow us down it didn’t do anything to us.

Sixshot.com: Do you have any tours or shows coming up?
Domination: No, I am trying to work on this. Everything seams to be slow motion right now.

Live Up To The Names!
Not for nothing, I think the whole G-unit hold on the industry is loosening. Heads are getting tired of 50, myself included. I'm not hating or nothing. I liked 50's first joint, the G Unit joint, Banks' first joint... but for real, I feel like they're slippin. All they need is that one banger to get on the radio, it'll be their turn to dominate and bang 'em!
