Multi-talented hip-hop star Pharrell Williams is suing sportswear giant Reebok  for $4 million accusing it of breach of contract.

The N.E.R.D.frontman and producer's clothing BBC (Billionaire Boys Club)and footwear brand  (Ice Cream) filed a complaint in New York court before Christmas (December '04) alleging Reebok failed to produce clothing to BBC's approval standards.

BBC's complaint alleges, "In January 2004, only a few months after the execution of the agreement, certain Reebok personnel began to acknowledge to BBC that Reebok could not adequately produce the full range of licensed products. In a manner consistent with the design and quality standards and specifications required by BBC.

"Reebok repeatedly assured BBC that the non-conforming and disapproved aspects of these samples would be corrected. Reebok, however, failed to correct these deficiencies."
