Jay-Z is reportedly suing an Alabama tea house for playing his music without permission.
According to TMZ, the rap mogul is suing A Spot Of Tea for playing his collaboration with Rihanna ("Umbrella") without a license.
The lawsuit against the tea spot is part of a bigger lawsuit by Universal Music Group (UMG) which is targeting small businesses for playing music without paying for the rights.
The tea spot was caught playing other UMG tunes by agents of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
