Lil Wayne is being sued for failing to perform at a Bahamas concert last year which he missed because he had passed out.

According to TMZ, Red City Entertainment claims they gave Weezy a $210,000 advance to perform at the Bahamian gig on September 27th 2008 but on the night of the show, the Cash Money rapper was asleep in his hotel room.
