Forbes unleashed its "Hip Hop Cash Kings" list today (July 9) and Jay-Z is sitting pretty at No. 1 with $35 million in earnings from the past 12 months.

Jay-Z reeled in his money from his 10 year deal with Live Nation, an international tour and his stakes in the New Jersey Nets and 40/40 Club.

Sean “Diddy” Combs came in at No. 2 on the list with $30 Million. Diddy  raked in his dough from Sean John, his two reality-TV shows (Making The Band & Run's House), Bad Boy Records and Ciroc Vodka.
