Fathers, hide your daughters! VH1 recently announced that they are  searching for women to appear in a reality dating show starring  R&B singer Ray J.

In the same vein as Flavor Of Love , various women will compete to win Ray's heart and become the special woman in his life. The show will premier in 2009.

Mobb Deep's Prodigy loved the 80's so much he will be releasing an album celebrating the decade with a new album titled Product Of The 80's.

The album , which hits stores on October 21st , will feature guest appearances from Big Twins and Un Pacino. Production on the set will be supplied by Jake One, Sid Roams (Joey Chavez and Bravo) and Sebb.

Actor/singer/rapper Queen Latifah will be serving as the honorary chair of 2008 Urbanworld Film Festival which takes place in New York from September 10th-Spetember 14th.

85 films will be screened during the event including Latifah’s latest flick titled The Secret Life of Bees.

Some of the rap related flicks that will be screened at the event  include Wu: The Story of the Wu-Tang Clan and Bigg Snoop Dogg's Youth Authority.
