I've never been a criminal, so at times I'll admit that I don't quite understand criminal logic. But....I have watched about 8 good years of Law & Order! And based on Law & Order, when the chips are stacked against you and the prosecution has a mountain of evidence...its sometimes a good idea to just plead the hell out. You really don't want to go through an entire trial. You need to take the least amount of time as possible.

Well T.I. this week proved my Law & Order logic correctly when he (smarty!) plead guilty to his machine gun charges and got to most people what seems to be a hell of a deal of a year in the hooscow after he does 1000 hours of community service. Freedom for even a year is still freedom for a year! I think Remy Ma may have wanted to use the same line of thinking, but it may be a little too late since this past week she was found guilty and could be facing a sentence of 25 years! Got damn! Who was her lawyer?
