Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ legal woes continue to mount as the Bad Boy mogul has been hit with a $5 million lawsuit for allegedly summoning his security to attack a hip hop promoter at a New York nightclub.

According to The Associated Press, James Waldon , who filed  his  suit in Manhattan Supreme Court last week ,  claims that when he approached  Diddy at The Box nightclub on June 1 , the rapper gestured to his three bodyguards and they began attacking him.

Waldon claims that he had approached Diddy to invite him to a performance of  a group he was promoting. After they exchanged  greetings, Waldon claims Diddy signaled his security and  ‘one bodyguard punched him in the mouth, knocking him backward onto a table’ and the other two began ‘hitting and kicking him continuously.’ 

Waldon would then roll off the table and was chased around the club by the bodyguards before escaping.

The  lawsuit, which  also namesdthe bodyguards and the nightclub, claims the attack left Waldon with several injuries, including teeth and mouth problems.

Jonathan D. Davis,  Diddy’s lawyer , said he could not comment on  the suit because he h ad not seen the papers, but he was aware of it.

The aforementioned lawsuit comes barely three days after Diddy was hit with a $19 million lawsuit over audio and video footage of the late Notorious B.I.G. 

James Sabatino, a former Bad Boy consultant, claims Diddy agreed to buy the recordings from him for $200,000 but only paid  him $25,000.
